Becky Bailey

For as long as she can remember, horses have been an important and vital part of Becky’s life.  Life as a young child was spent watching horse racing on a Saturday afternoon before going for a riding lesson at a local riding school.  Becky always used to look forward to Sunday afternoons and visiting her great uncle and aunt who bred and trained their own racehorses in Warwickshire.  This passion for horses and in particular racing, grew with her, and when she was still at High School,  worked part time for a local racehorse trainer on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon, dragging her mum out of bed at the crack of dawn to drive her to the yard.

The horse bug was still with her when she left school, but didn’t pursue a career with horses until in her early twenties, when she took sole charge of a private yard of hunters and point to pointers.  This continued for a few seasons but following a move to help launch a family business, was followed by various non equine jobs that provided little or no job satisfaction.

Knowing in the back of her mind that a career with horses was still the ultimate dream, she committed to giving something back to the amazing animals that have given her a lifetime of pleasure.  Combining her interest in equine health and complementary therapies, Becky now has a career as an Equine Sports Massage Therapist.

Becky is a qualified ITEC Equine Sports Massage Therapist, an ITEC Holistic Massage Therapist,  a member of Equine Massage Sports Association, ITEC and Complementary Therapist Association and fully insured to perform both Equine Sports Massage and Holistic Massage Therapy (humans).
